Top 10 Must Haves for A Lake/Boat Day

About 6 months ago we moved our family to the lake and have been enjoying every second of it. However, it does take some preparation to be out on the lake all day especially with Kiddos. Here are the 10 things I ALWAYS have with me.

1. Bogg Bagg- This bag is huge, easy to clean and customizable. You can add on clear pouches to have easy access storage, holders for your sunglasses or phone, carabiners for keys etc.

2. OXO Tot 2-in-1 Go Potty -It never fails. My 3 and 4 year old always have to poop the moment they start swimming. This portable potty is so small and comes with bags (or you can easily use a Kroger bag). Having this on the boat is a very easy way to fix the poop issue!

3. Aveeno Kids Continuous Protection Zinc Oxide Mineral Sunscreen Stick-Such an easy way to apply sun lotion to young kids faces without the drama!!

4. Hooded Towels for kids- Riding on a boat can be very windy and kids don't always hold onto their towels well. This hooded towel allows them to be hands free and not worry about a towel blowing away!

5. Puddle Jumper life vests- Our kids live in these during the summer! It is comfortable for them and easy to swim while helping them stay afloat!

6. Iron Flask-Keeps your drinks cold all day long! Such cute designs as well.

7. Yeti Cooler-We keep one on our boat at all times. Keeps all our perishable food and drinks cool all day.

8. Tribit MaxSound Plus Portable Bluetooth Speaker- Our kids love to stop on the islands and beaches around the lake so having this speaker has been a game changer.

9. 3 Layers XPE Foam Floating Mat Water Mat- My kids love having this at the dock. They spend hours just jumping from the dock to the mat. It is also great to have if you are anchored in the middle of the lake to swim.

10. Shakespeare Youth Fishing Kits- This is such a fun activity to do at the lake and our girls get so excited reeling in and then touching the slimy fish!
